Gilda’s Club Twin Cities (GCTC) is an independent affiliate of the worldwide Cancer Support Community (CSC). We are funded entirely through contributions from our local community.

The GuideStar Exchange Gold Participant distinction is the highest level of participation a nonprofit can achieve through the GuideStar Exchange, and is a testament to Gilda’s Club Twin Cities’ commitment to data transparency.
Gilda’s Club Twin Cities has been certified as a Service Enterprise by Points of Light and HandsOn Twin Cities since 2016. A Service Enterprise is an organization that strategically leverages volunteers and their skills across all levels of the organization to successfully deliver on its social mission. These organizations are among the top 11% of nonprofits in the country for volunteer management and organizational performance. Research conducted by TCC Group and Deloitte shows that nonprofits operating as Service Enterprises are as effective as peers with almost half the median budget, and they are significantly more adaptable, sustainable and scalable. Community Health Charities has been empowering people to improve health and wellbeing for over 60 years, by raising awareness and resources for health and wellness. They support education, treatment, and prevention for those with health challenges; bring organizations together to improve community health; provide individuals with opportunities to get involved; and increase the capacity of nonprofit organizations. Today, Community Health Charities is a dynamic nonprofit that raises awareness and financial resources for health and wellbeing.
